Reservation Requirements
	In order to secure a reservation a holding deposit of 50% of the total amount is required. This amount can be paid via check or Paypal. The remainder of the balance is due at least 14 days prior to your stay.  Once the final portion of balance is paid, a map with driving directions as well as key instructions will be provided.
	Terms and Conditions
	The holding deposit for the Westport BeachHouse is non-refundable under any circumstance.  This deposit, which is 50% of the total amount of the stay, guarantees the renter that their reservations will not be given to any other party.  If the renter chooses not to pay the remaining 50% of the balance by the required 14 days in advance of their stay they will not be refunded the holding deposit and are subject to cancellation of their reservation.  Under extraordinary circumstances in which a renter cannot utilize the dates for which they originally submitted their holding deposit, this deposit can be put toward a reservation for the Westport BeachHouse at a future date.   These terms and conditions are subject to change.
